Mike Arias Jr. was born and raised in this High Desert. He was a graduate of Sultana High School in 2000, and immediately set his sights on the title industry and joined Chicago Title. Mike’s commitment to overachieving was noticed immediately as he moved quickly within the company.

Over Mike’s 25 year career, he along with his business partner has been recognized as the #1 Title and Escrow Sales Team in the nation for all the FNF Family of Companies, a Fortune 500 company.

Mike is responsible for closing over 20,000 real estate transactions across California which include residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant land.

Mike has been tracking the local Real Estate market for over 20 years, keeping a close eye on housing inventory, homes sales, foreclosure data and development. Mike thrives on technology and leans on that strength to help him succeed in this ever-changing Real Estate market.

Mike currently serves on the Town of Apple Valley Planning Commission.
